This client needed a garage that was both functional and versatile to accommodate their household essentials. Keeping golfing gear organized was important so having plenty of concealed shelving and pull-out drawers was a must. Including a slat wall to keep large equipment visible yet out of the way helps reduce clutter and maximize their space. With the help of their designer Janet, they decided on a modern grey finish with chrome accents to keep the space sleek and seamless.

Thoughtfully designed to make the most of every inch, this pantry truly serves as the heart of the kitchen. Adjustable shelves, pull-out baskets, and dedicated compartments provide a designated home for all pantry staples, from canned goods to fresh produce. Needing ample shelving for both food storage and appliances, incorporating a continuous top shelf into the design was essential. To maintain the minimalistic aesthetic of their home, the client chose a neutral gray finish complemented by silver accessories. This pantry seamlessly blends everyday functionality with sophisticated style, creating a space that's both practical and beautiful.

Working with their designer, Deana, they incorporated features such as TAG tie and belt organizers, cubbies for handbags, and double-hang sections throughout to maximize their shared space. To ensure the closet integrated seamlessly with the bold décor of their home, they chose a two-toned finish with matte black hardware for a touch of contrast.
