Design Consultation
The SpaceMakers experience begins when you contact us to schedule a consultation with one of our expert designers. We'll visit your home to evaluate your storage needs and create a bespoke solution tailored to you. This service is completely free, with no obligation or pressure to move forward. We are confident that after partnering with us, especially when compared to other companies, you'll choose SpaceMakers. Our design consultant will present 3D CAD renderings and straightforward pricing for your newly designed space. They will collaborate with you to perfect the design until it suits your needs and tastes. We start with a practical and efficient design and offer a comprehensive range of industry-leading customization options. Whether you prefer wood grain finishes, classic trim packages, or state-of-the-art LED lighting and security features, SpaceMakers can enhance your space to be as functional or luxurious as you wish.
Manufacturing
After determining the perfect solution, production takes place at our Anderson, SC facility. We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including 3-D CAD software and automated manufacturing systems. Our products are meticulously crafted to exact standards and built for durability. We ensure excellence in every detail, from the variety of finishes to the superior quality of fasteners, to provide our customers with premium storage solutions.
Preparation and Paint Service
Many of our customers find that their closet walls haven't seen a fresh coat of paint in years. The removal of existing shelving, particularly wood closet or storage systems, often results in large holes and unpainted patches. That's why SpaceMakers offers a "Prep & Paint" package! We'll patch and paint your closet or space a day or two before installation, ensuring it's fresh and clean. This service is offered at a minimal cost, determined by the size of your room and ceiling height. For more details, please consult your Design Consultant.
Installation
After the manufacturing process is complete, SpaceMakers' skilled installers take charge to ensure a smooth and efficient completion. Our team comprises only full-time employees with decades of experience, never contractors, ensuring professionalism and respect for your home. They arrive in clean vehicles and generally finish the installation in a day. Your new closet also includes a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own your home. Warranty / Disclaimer:
Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage: SpaceMakers warrants that the products which we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the products when used for single-family residential use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the products, and is not transferable. Lifetime warranty is limited and does not include installed accessories, electronics, hardware, or other third party parts; these components attached to our shelves and verticals carry a 5 year warranty.
One Year Non-Residential Coverage: SpaceMakers warrants that the products we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year when used for non-residential or commercial use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the product and is not transferable.
Exclusive Remedy: SpaceMakers will repair or replace any component of the products you purchase at no charge, if it is defective. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the product purchased. If SpaceMakers does not repair or replace a defective component of the products within a reasonable time, its liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the products.
Exclusions from Coverage: You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify SpaceMakers or its authorized representative in writing within 90 days after you discover the defect. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover (1) the improper installation by others, or use of the product; (2) abuse or neglect; or (3) normal wear and tear. Nobody can expand this warranty or waive any of its limitations. SpaceMakers has neither relation to nor responsibility, inherent or implied, for the products, installations, and warranties of other companies. Including but not limited to; SpaceMakers or any others not specifically designated.
